You must be registered with City of Savannah, and receive a login name and password. If you are not registered click here Register

Once you have registered and received your City of Savannah login name and password, log into the Prime Vendor site. Click on the Account Management button on the left side of the screen, select Online Bids Access to enter your City of Savannah information.

Enter your city of Savannah login name and password: Save your changes. Once you have saved your changes your Prime Vendor program will remember your login name and password

When responding to bids from City of Savannah in your prime vendor program select the Loginbutton above the bid information. You will then access the City of Savannah.

When this is complete select continue button and a template will appear. Enter your pricing informatioin. When completed select continue, your pricing information will appear. You may revise/modify, or select submit to immediately trasmit the bid to the City of Savannah. When this is done return to the Prime Vendor program by selecting the in the top-right corner.
